For one thing, youtube DOESN'T have the episodes - not anymore. The site has taken them down to avoid legal complications.
There are the first 20 or so episodes on www.bolt.com. For the rest, I don't think they're anywhere on the net.
Really high quality English downloads, no spam or viruses are on www.anime-eden.com, but downloading them takes a long time.
The other thing would be to borrow the season DVDs from your local library.
