The string you pasted in has a combination of Greek and Cyrillic characters. You can get those alphabets by selecting the appropriate language in your word processor. In wordpad, if you open a Unicode or rtf document, you get a "font script" selector that lets you select the language encoding. It probably says "Western" by default. You can't save it as plain text (doc, unicode, or rtf will work).

You can click Start / Run... / charmap

to access the different characters for your fonts.
