Please, you already know the answer to this question. Let me put it another way, how would you feel if you were married and someone slept with your wife? Pretty lousy I'd think.
Marriage is based on love and respect, looking outside that union for any reason is always wrong, and only makes everything worse. Are you really that selfish and shallow a person that you would have an affair with a married woman and contribute to the destruction of her marriage? Are their children involved? Do you want to be the reason their family falls apart?
Sleeping with someone else's wife says a lot about the kind of person you are. You might want to think about that again before you consider doing something you will probably regret.

No, it's not right unless he's cool with it. Even if she's intent on sleeping with another man behind her husband's back, you should be the better person. There are plenty of unattached women who will sleep with you besides if you are looking for something meaningful, you're only going to get hurt.
