Meditation also has the power to awaken us to the spiritual levels of our being. Not through what we read or have been taught, but through our own experience. Meditation enables us to discover who we really are and what we have the potential to achieve.

act like an idiot temporarily and then apologize for it later, it will make you feel better and others will forget if you will be real nice to them for a while, it seems to me that the nicest ones are the ones that are taken advantage of by those that are really not so nice in the first place and then it is used against them. You could write something to explain what the terrible thought is and then get rid of it or keep it whatever you want to do it is interesting to keep it and look back at it and see how things have changed it can be perspective changing over time to do that.

Always DREAM BIG.
If the MD of the company doesn't have a Mercedes then DREAM enough to have the Mercedes of your own and drive to office with your dream car.

Have a picture of the Merc hanged on the wall in your bedroom so that every morning you can see the pic the moment you get up from sleep.

And accordingly you need to work out your dream into reality.

Your irritable thoughts are gone forever.
:)

My way is to sleep well. When faced with a terrible situation, I would sleep for hours. Slowly and slowly the solutions and the best way forward becomes clearer. Dont rely on god or any such support structures. Make yourself so mentally strong that you get ready to face all challenges and openly invite the toughest tests to then sail through

Realize that if you don't control you're emotions, they will control you. Don't try to force negativity from your mind (It's like trying to force an image of a purple elephant away). Instead REPLACE them with something else. Something decent. Something positive. Something besides yourself. You'd be amazed at what helping others can do to ones-self. It's simply re-aiming our focus.

thoghts are those feeloings which cross of our mind. and these are unavoidable. but if person determins to do better then he/she goes on doning better,no matter what others around us have passed comments. if we determine to do bad we go on doing so nomatter what comments are passed by others around. so it is our mind, that controls all these things. so you think positiveness even when irritable thoughts come in your mind. because if you let your mind feed on these, then these go on coming, if you feed on those things that shape and make your life then these thoughts will automatically will go awy. remember one thing,LONLINESS,LAZINESS,IDELNESS,DEPRESSION ARE THOSE THINGS WHICH WILL MAKE WAY TO THESE IRRITABLE THOUGHTS.
