Your second period...do you mean your second one ever? Like you just started having your period? If that's so, then totally don't worry about it -- it takes a little while for your body to get on a regular schedule when you first start menstruating.

When you first start on your period, it's going to be irregular and kind of unpredictable. I got mine when I was 12 or 13, I'm 19 now, and it still occasionally goes weird on me, especially if I'm under a lot of stress or I've been eating funny. If you're still worried about it, talk to your doctor, but he or she will probably just tell you basically the same thing I just did.

If you mean your second period ever do not worry about it. Most girls who start take at least a year to get into a normal cycle.

If you are really worried about it you could always go to the doctor and get a checkup and possibly get on birth control pills.

That's o.k. if it's your second period ever. You won't be regular with your periods just yet. It'll take a coulple years to stabilize. It will also be affected by what you eat, and by exercise. If you lose too much weight, your period might stop altogether, as you need a certain % of body fat to menstruate.

have you taken a home pregnancy test? you may be pregnant. If you have a recent change in diet or exercise or even stress level has increased that could be a factor also. You need to have a gyne examine you.
