Yes. Lots of guys do it, and most concealers are good for the skin.
Just make sure you use the right kind of concealer in the right amounts.

Yep! Its usually a girl thing, but all the guy actors and everybody wear it, so why not? Just make sure to blend it in good. I actually don't like concealer...if its too light, you can get the "reverse racoon" effect. So just be careful.

Sure! Just not thick enough anyone can tell.
Also, don't tell anyone, or it will spread like wildfire that you're using makeup.
