Let me add that I am talking about older teens and adults here, not young children. I am asking because this statement was made to me and I am not sure about it.

A teenager NOT thinking about sex ALL the time would be a sign of mental disability.... sexual thoughts and feelings are completely normal in teens as young as 13. Where are you from?

All children start thinking about sex at a very early age. And it doesn't help that it is all over tv, magazines, and even in public places. Children are curious and want answers to their questions. If they don't get answers they will go out and find them ( maybe not the right ones) out somewhere else. Talk to your child and answer their questions and that should take care of the problem. Also let them know that sex is not a toy and that they are responsible for their actions and that they could catch something that could kill them,or end up with a child that they can't take care of.

You can't see something in your mind unless you have actually seen enough pornography. The more pornography - the more sexual thoughts. So the question may be - is it normal to see so much pornography ? What does it has to do with growing up?

Sexual thoughts are normal, but from a religious standpoint, even with bursting hormones, I would consult your pastor on this one, because if you don't nip lust in the bud, even in women it can become an obession or an addiction, that leads to pornography. If thsi person gets marriade, the problem continues in the marriage. Are the children going to see the porno by accident in the home, is this person going to go to strip clubs (does this person understand that strip clubs and porn are a form of cheating, even if the person is not touching-does this person understand that this problem is a problem, and an addiction like meth, alcoholism, drugs and cheating...another side effect of porno). Sin is out their, sexual thoughts will happen, but if they get out of control...they could lead to an addiction. MOST MEN DO NOT KNOW THE WOMEN ON THE PORNO WEBSITE ARE SEX SLVES AND FORCED TO DO WHAT THEY DO. ITS A SEX SLAVE INDUSTRY.

Its not a mental disability at all - mostly normal. But - try and put a halt on the pornography. Most pornography is degrading to women & is detrimental to future relationships.

That depends. Normally youth do that because of their hormones and all. Surveys say that most of them get sick of it as they grow older. But yet some need pornography due to mental illness. It really depends. I know someone who watches porno to release/to be distracted from the anger building up inside.

Totally normal. I myself, am 28 and am quite comfortable with my sexuality. I enjoy watching porn magazines with my boyfriend and pornos are pretty darn exciting! It's not only a normal part of growing up, it's also a normal part of having a sexuality! Which we all do.
