being conservative and being liberal are both the worst things you can ever do. You have to learn to be in-between the two - a moderate, i.e. you need to know when you can be liberal & when conservative. They are both powerful tools for a man to lead his life.

Being conservative means you evaluate things and don't jump to conclusions. I think you can have a conservative personality and still live your dreams. You just think things through more. Which is not necessarily a bad thing.
I think the worst thing we can do is being closed minded and overly self-involved. There is so much to do and see and so many great people in the world. If you're too worried about what others think or think that you have all of the answers then you're going to miss the really good stuff.
The best way to combat that is to get out there and live. The more you see the more it expands your horizons.

Some people think you're talking politics.
The old axiom is true: No guts, no glory. If you take no risks in life, you will never come close to seeing your full potential. However, each person has their own risk tolerance. Certain folks need to always go for the gusto, while others are content with a quiet, unassuming life. Neither is wrong, per se.

Socialism has failed everywhere that's been tried. study your historic previous books. Obama isn't in basic terms socialist minded, yet takes it up a notch further. i've got self assurance he's a Communist. what's "unfastened money"? no longer something is unfastened. What the Fed is printing is valueless paper. there is not any gold to lower back it. that's very nearly valueless script. tell me, how does government "create" jobs? government creates no longer something. If something it relatively is a mass customer of components. A unfastened industry, with low taxation, and unfastened from burdensome government policies, creates jobs. Obama is a self-server. he's all chatter. He supplies the moon and the celebrities without ability to pay for it. What money is spent is borrowed money that generations of human beings could no longer in all hazard pay lower back. he's an idealist, no longer a pacesetter. And he's a risky idealist.

Live life to the fullest or face regretting it when older. It would suck to be 80 yrs old and think "why didn't I go skydiving?" or "why didn't I take a trip to Venice?".
