Maybe you've misheard the name and someone was referring to the general name' tea roses".
There are hundreds if not thousands but using the everyrose.com site I found a Jean du Tilleux, which just happens to be a tea rose. Good luck to you. I know from experience that when I fall in love with a rose I just have to find out about it and try to buy one.

If not, there should be. I couldn't find one for you. Maybe you should have one named! Are you aware you can do that?

Check out the links, and maybe you can find something that will make you happy.

The closest I could come was Chantilly: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/roses.php?tab=1&searchNmTyp=1&searchNm=tilly&sbSearch=SEARCH
