I am sorry to tell you but your days of having children are over. Since you are obviously post menopausal, there are no other effects at your age.

You'll be fine, but will only be able to conceive every other month, and will probably only have a period every other month. If the other ovary is okay then you'll have enough estrogen to keep everything working just fine.

Well you wont have the problems anymore that created the situation in the first place...( I would think at 64 that would be the best outcome )....you should now be healthier... and therefore happier and have more energy to do the things you enjoy doing for the remainder of your life..........best of luck and stay healthy...

you should have no long term effects and I speak from experince, I had mine removed when I was 47 and I am now 65, dont worry, just enjoy !!

You are going to have to take hormones from now on or you will start growing hair in places that men grow hair , taking on male habits, and having hormonal swings up and down.
