It is possible but requires a hacked version of OSX http://www.profit42.com/index.php/2007/02/07/osx-1048-on-a-normal-intelamd-computer/
I think you actually need a seperate drive for it rather that a seperate partition http://uneasysilence.com/os-x-proven-hacked-and-running-on-an-ordinary-pc/

The hacked version of OSX probably isn't legal and as apple control which hardware they support it is possible that some hardware may not work.

The closest alternative would be a linux or bsd distribution take your pick from http://www.distrowatch.com

If you try the other way round. Like if u have a mac and install Vista or XP then Both Mac OS X and Windows work great on a Mac

why? mac os x is a freebsd based linux. Linux is far superior, has far more support, programs, games, drivers, and faster.
