A. has only a few menu choices.
Don't go with that one, because it means there's not much to order.
B. never prepares food to order.
This one's bad!
C. offers fancy sauces and desserts.
These items taste good, but they have fat, which, as we all know, is not usually good for the body.
D. has lowfat items to choose from.
This is probably the right answer. If it has low fat items, then that's good food!

I would choose D because the answer does not state that it only
has low fat items to choose from, therefore leaving you to believe
there are much more items to choose from.
