Buddy, since the who've asked alot of questions about this topic I'll break down the way the recruiting works.
1) You play your position in high school football as best you can
2) You make a name for yourself by playing well
3) Towards the end of your Junior year if you're good enough schools will contact you, letting you know they are interested.
4) You in return let the schools know you're interest levels
5) The schools then may make a scholarship offer letting you know all the details or may ask you to attend a tryout to try to walk-on
6) Following, you may give the school a verbal commitment
7) On national signing day, you sign your letter of intent
This is a very simplified version of how it happens!
You don't choose what you want, like all scholarships they are offered to you, then you can accept or turn down the offer.

I have been there with athletic scholarships. You do not choose the scholarship you want. An athletic scholarship is offered to you. Take it or leave it.

You're in the sports section...so, if you're talking about an athletic scholarship, just contact the athletic department/coach that gave it to you...If you are talking about an academic scholarship, you are asking the question in the wrong section of Answers...but contact the office of Academic Affairs at the school...
