So you think GWB is so dumb.......but some how he was able to be a fighter pilot in the military.He was also able to beat Gore and Kerry in two elections.He also convinced most liberal politicians to vote to go to war ( even thou we all "know" the libs are smarter) But his best trick was (while he was only the Governor of Tx.) to get the Clinton administration to make the policy of the USA for regime change in Iraq........too bad Clinton didn't have the leadership skills to follow thru.

Actually, I think Mr. Bush has slightly above average intelligence - if for no other reason than his genetics.
The issue is not that he is a moron - it's that the demands of the job of President of the United States are for an extremely smart person - which Bush simply is not.
He is a shrewd political manipulator, but has little interest or ability to deal with complex policy matters.
