im having my 8th grade dance at the end of march and i have no idea what to wear! chicks have to wear dress pants, skirt, or a dress. i would like to wear either a skirt or a dress. If you wear a top or dress with no straps or thin straps not covering the shoulders, we have to wear something to cover that. I have a few ideas on what to wear but i hve not decided what shoes or what hair to wear with it. And of course, your opinions are always welcome and if you come up with a different dress than the ones i have chosen, then feel free to put up a link that shows me that article of clothing.

I wouldn't go with the skirt, since its denim it seems like your going to any old dance, and with your description it seemed like you were going to some sort of semi-formal dance. So id go with either of those dresses, both are absolutly adorable. if you were going to wear the one from delias then you could wear regular heels, if you were going to wear the one from forever 21 i suggest you wear flats, it seems like a dress that is meant to be worn with flats.

8th grade dance. sounds fun! dresses are always the way to go! no offense, but the dresses you picked didn't really apeal to me. i have some links here that you might like. for shoes, try going to lori's shoes, they have great shoes. for hair, wear it lose curls down with some of it like my avatar looks, i did that for my sweet 16 and it looked amazing.
