Just be yourself and people should love you for who you are. And make sure to talk to lot's of people, find some good friends because you're less likely to be picked on if you're in a crowd than alone. Don't get worried about what you see in the movies, it's just there for viewing entertainment! And if there is nay trouble don't forget to tell a teacher/parent/responsible adult immediately! Good luck at high school!

It is sometimes hard to aviod it, even when you grow up although its not half as bad it is still there. I would try to join a club or even hang out with friends who may have similar expereince, that way when you need someone to talk to or even listen you are there and they are there.
If you are being treated very badly I would talk to a teacher or your parents to see what may be out there to help you out. If you don't trust them try the boy and girl hotline.

Never be scared. Fear no-one. Make yourself mentally and physically strong. Its all in the mind.
One week of kung - fu classes will get you a long way.
One month and you have already rid yourself of most bullying.
One year of kung-fu exercises and no-one can touch you.
But once you have learnt some of the exercises, you would also have learnt to be most humble and you shall never initiate a fight nor use your skills to put someone to harm. Your self defence reflexes will simply make you unbeatable.

Get a black belt in Karate and use defensive arm holds and balance moves to keep them under control.

Just don't hurt them, that would violate the rules of the discipline.

Just make them not want to pick on you.

Don't worry about getting bullied.

If you are a nerd & smart - you will have the last laugh. While the jocks are working in factories the rest of their lives - you will be making the big $$$$

Make friends and stay out of peoples way. If you don't do anything to them they will more than likely leave you alone. And if that doesn't work join clubs and make friends.

I'm sorry to say that maybe you can't always avoid it, but you can do something about it. PLEASE tell someone-whether it's a teacher, your parents, your Friends, another adult that you trust, but do tell someone or even phone 'Childline' 0800 1111. Good Luck
