You must train a Healer. Pick an adult near the ill person and he will try healing. If he don't succeed, try again.
(I think you can also heal with a children, in the same way.)
To train the healer you can also put the villager near the strange plants, he begin studying it and improve healing.
The plant are the dark flowers near the cascade, the rose, the strange orchid near the dried grass, between the palms, the orange lilium south and a "lavender" north on the sacred soil.

have you learned how to make stews yet? if you have use different herbs (all flowers) and have your villagers eat, it will make them feel healthier. Also a doctor can heal them, usually if the sick person is only sitting down. Just bring your doctor next to the person feeling sick and they will start process to heal

1st find one of the strange plants about. One would be the lily near the food bin and the strange patch. Have someone study it, then once he or she does, place them on top of the sick person. They should heal them. If they don't keep putting them on top until they do.
