I stayed up all night about 5 times in my lifetime. Most of those times I was on a road trip and didn't feel like stopping to get a hotel for the night.

I only stay up all night before I have a contest cause I'm nervous and I can't stop worrying for the next day!I usually spend my time trying to sleep or repeating my exercises for the contest!

the first time i stayed up all night was in my second year in college. my sister and i made a scale model of a house for my project.
the second time was when i made my thesis proposal.
in short, i stay up all night when i have to do schoolwork and there isn't enough time to finish it without not sleeping.
although, i usually stay up late (or early. whatever way you see it, around 3-4 am) when i'm reading a good novel that i can't put down until i finish it...

I work midnights in an office doing International related stuff....I stay up all night, or rather all day 24 hr, once every Friday, so I can have a normal weekend and chill with friends

Not very often, usually head to bed around 2 or 3 am, i play some Wii, watch TV and eat

I think over the last 20 years I've probably averaged at least once or twice a month.
more than half has been partying and/or sex and/or spiritual-friend-bonding. the rest is writing or surfing or manic working on some project.. (art usually) a few times its been watching movies.
