Ah, I was confused until the end of your question when you said "In England" (that should've been in your subject line.
In the US those sizes abound, also known as "small". A size 8 over here is a medium and just about every clothing store (with the exception of those specializing in plus sizes) carry sizes smaller than an 8...some all the way down to a 0 (zero).
Good luck in your search.

Check out the Victoria's secret catalog online. They have a lot of cut clothing styles. The extra small really is extra small. And the pants are true to size, and come in very small sizes. Check the size chart, you'll probably need a US 0.
I'm really small, and don't live in the US, but if you see some things you want, you can email customer service and they'll work something out for you with the shipping.

Size 2 or 4! What are your measurements? Most shops don't stock smaller than a size 6, although some are now stocking a size 4 and that is pretty damn tiny.
HTH : )

Ordering online would be your best bet, but then too, you have to take into account that you can't try the clothes on. However, if you order from your favorite store and know your size there, you should order online. There's more selections online anyway!
Hope that helps!

I think in England it is 32"and 34"clothes.
Look out for them.
I did a search and found these sites.
