The email was sent from winner@yahoolot.co.uk and the Fudciary Agent is Michael Collins (email: mycollins010@yahoo.com).
I was hoping that I should email Yahoo to send me the money but not from the United Kingdom.

Sorry Bil, this is a scam :-) Don't even bother replying to the crooks.
It is impossible to win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket. There is no such thing as an international lottery of email addresses. And, Yahoo doesn't run any lotteries (international or otherwise).
