Do you need a visit visa for Dubai?
If you have an existing visit visa of Dubai you could not able get another at the same time. You can apply for a new visit visa, once you exit from the UAE.

Guess you forgot to say where you want to go on vacation, but your profile let's me know that's it gonna be Italy.
Because I do not your nationality, I can't tell if you need a visa at your destination or not. Please check this out yourselves:

Visit Visa to which place.. check your VISA for Dubai.. Whether it allows mutiple entry.. if yes there is no other visa required. If Your VISA is for single entry.. and is still valid.. get it changed to Mupltiple entry.. INew application will have to be sponsorred by your employer..
