Do a graduation in Engineering. Is needed these days.
Work alongside if that is required. Depend on your circumstances.
If you get a good job. Then work a bit. But do get that degree.

Depends what path you want to follow. You could try getting a degree as that will give you better choices later on to follow, you could do MS or MBA after that, I'm not sure if you can do that after a diploma.

Its all depends upon your likings, but try to complete bachelor, than just diploma, will give you more view and clear vision, in today's world, IT and Bio-Engineering are the best bet and career making fields. Good luck

prefer doing BE, than MBA,, if not than join any computer course by aptech from a big city, . but foremost keep on studying because dip. in engg. is not sufficient
