I believe that we're never in a mental stagnancy. It seems we're either building our lives or tearing them down. There's a native American proverb in which a boy asks his grandfather about the two voices in his head. Grandfather says that there are two wolves in us. One is kind and shows us how to live a great life and the other is loud and bitter. The boy asks who wins, who grows. Grandfather answers...the one you feed. I don't know where negativity comes from, whether it should even be there, but I do know that combating it makes me feel stronger and wiser. And I don't think it will ever go away, so I use it as a tool. With a simple change in perceptions, not events I've saved my own life.

I believe that you have to be happy with yourself before you can really have a positive outlook on life and with others. I believe somewhat the way you are raised also in life can impact the way or feelings you have towards someone or something. A person doesn't know how to treat someone or know how to act in a certain situation until they are taught. Example: you don't know as a kid how to act in church until you actually go their and learn how to act in that situation.. one is going to act different in a bar scene vs. church. So I think alot of someones negative thoughts come from you own personal experience and you have to have strength in yourself to overcome those negative thoughts and learn how to be happy that you are alive and you never know what your last day comes.

When positive thoughts go to sleep, negative thoughts find their way.
They are sisters and come from our soul and mind. So, beware, never to let positive thoughts go to sleep. Always give them something to keep you company and don't worry, they can stand sleepless all your life.

May be from Devil, but I think from the bad side of our minds. Every individual got two sides inside him, good one and bad one, both of the sides, grow up by training year after year.
