Though difficult since you have strong feelings for this man the best thing for you to do is to stop seeing this man in a romantic setting. The reason I say this is because if there is no possibility of a relationship in the future between you and this man; then you don't want to keep doing the same thing in hopes that the end result will change; because things might not change, and you will or can set yourself up for heartbreak.
If this man were married to you and someone else was in your same situation what would you tell the female? How would you feel if someone else tried to "muscle in" on your husband while he was seperated? These are just some things to think about, they may or may not apply to you.
My advice: proceed with caution, though hard try to continue with your life away from this married man.

Well if he's going back with his wife when his tour is over, why are you still with him. It's just like saying your his mistress to do as he pleases and then he will dump you and forget about you. Well you should cut your losses now and not worry about him anymore and move on with your life. Because if he is going back with his wife what's the use of you hanging around knowing you will lose him. SO move on and find someone who will care for your feelings and treat you good. But I can't seem to get why you have stayed with him or have been with him knowing he's leaving you in the long run. Guess what that will do to your heart and he won't be there to mend it for you,not unless your going to be the woman on the side for him. So want to chat more just IM me anytime. obviously he's using you to kill time ,he's planning to get back with his wife . That should show you there that nothing will ever come of your relationship, besides heartache for you. I've experienced this myself and wasted 2 years of my time with broken promises so grow some self confidence dump his butt and find you a real man that loves you and only you oh and i believe you and him can get in trouble with him being in the military so becareful good luck

Leave him since he is not urs .accept the fact that he belongs to someone else .And since he has promised his wife to return then plz do go and ask him why was he dating u and if he is trying to be so faithful towards her then why did he fall in love with u. He is just trying to use u dear ,plz dont loose ur self respect for love Dont ever loose it because without self respect its worth dying and no one in this world is worth that u should keep aside ur dignity for him.Think about it again someone who will be just urs can come in ur life but u cant live this life with dignity without self respect

I'm almost in the same situation with you. People are asking me to leave him coz we won't have any future. But they didn't know that it is easier to say than done. Leave him alone! He has a wife and family. Let them work out their problems. He won't if you are in the picture. He has already told you he is not leaving his wife. Why are you still hanging around?
