In my job, I have hourly deadlines. I thrive on them. They provide me with a calm reassurance that everything is going okay and is normal-after all, everything is normal-MS. White is demanding to use the John," Right Now!"(even though you have 10 VS to take within a half hour and MR. John is hooked up to the BP cuff.) Nevertheless, MS White is not having a heart attack ,or dead-a bonus. I work , energetically, in health care.

you mean the tight deadlines for answers on Yanswers.com?
i do find that annoying sometimes. some of my best answers couldn't be posted because the deadline passed while I was writing them...frustrating.
