Try to be a good friend first. Try to understtand their problems.
their are so many quality like this WHICH FIRST BOTH OF U HAVE TO UNDERSTAND. I cant sugesst u so much Because i am just 20 yrs old. so that i feel that a child is giving the sugesstion
