I know Batman has multiple suits. Alfred sees to it that there all clean.

Superman goes into the sun to clean his costume. Batman has many costumes and Alfred does the cleaning. Flash, you won't smell, he's too quick. That leaves Hulk, try telling him that he smells.

Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it never happens; it means there's nothing interesting about a superhero washing his outfit. I mean, sure, there WAS that one time in Spider-Man 2, but how old will that kind of gag get quickly?
