I don't get the question!?! Poor people aren't stupid! There are many reasons for a person to be poor and none of them have anything to do with their intelligence.
I had no idea that we still had this kind of racism! WOW
I know a wonderful couple who are extremely poor, he has liver cancer and she suffers with MS. They have nothing but each other but the lack of money does not seem to dampen their spirits any. I also know a woman with four kids who's husband died and she works two jobs just to keep food on the table. They can't afford to go even to the movies and have very little in the way of enjoyable amenities. They are very poor but it doesn't seem to stop the smiles I see from the daily. But, this doesn't make either of these families stupid.
So again I say, 'I don't understand your question'!?!

They're not stupid. They're just helpless and hopeless. When you are hungry and have a lot of responsibilities, you don't have anytime to think about anything else. All you care is how you can eat today.
Ask this : Why are rich people selfish?

don't you have any friends you can go "poor bashing" with on a weekend? if you are so concernred with the poor, maybe you should donate your time and money to educate them huh? I thought so, probably got dumped by a "poor" girl.

Why do we assume that "poor" refers to having little or no money? Money knows no health, Money knows no happiness Money can''t stop you from cancer yes you may have the money to pay the medical bills. You can call me stupid WHEN I see your money stop you from diying. Money is stupid

its a vicious cycle....they are stupid, so they can rise above their stupidity...so the do stupid things which keeps them poor.
