I love wearing knee length high heel boots, I live in them. I also wear them with incredibly short skirts. Some of my friends think I look like a complete tart, others tell me I look great. What do you think?

Of course you are not a tart. If they are your friends why would they say that too you. I love wearing my high heel boots with short skirts, there is nothing wrong with it and lots of my friends so the same and so do lots of other woman. If we all dressed the same the world would be a pretty boring place

With a short skirt it can look a bit tarty but it depends on what you wear on the top- if covered up then it balances itself a bit more!

It all depends how what you wear with them. Short skirts can look tarty. I bet the people that tell you, you look great are men!

Knee length boots and short skirts are not tarty, thigh high boots and short skirts.....now there's tarty!!

I think you should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. The ones that say you look like a tart are just jealous that they don't have the confidence to dress like you.

I love boots like that too :) I'd say it depends on the skirt though...as long as it's not too short you should be ok. Depends where you wear it too of course.

With shorts, yes, it would look "tarty." But with longer shorts or a reasonable length skirt, they'd look fab!

you go for it girl! they say if you've got it flaunt it so do just that. i too love wearing high boots and short skirts tho' mine aren't just as short as yours these days. my boy loves it too. bare tan thighs with boots look great in the warmer weather. sexy not tarty.
dont stop wearing them for anyone, your your own person. enjoy it !
