It is easy to get 'addicted' to the Internet just by spending the entire day on it! The best way to get away from the computer is to call a friend, make some plans, and have some fun! or you can go OUT to lunch, shoot some baskets or watch a movie. You should also find something your interested that doesn't involve you being on the computer 24/7. It's fine to spend 30 minutes on the computer to check your e-mail and surfing the web for a while! just don't spend your whole life on that thing!

I find that reading a book keeps me away from the computer for a day or two; I’m not actually addicted to the internet though.

No I am not addicted to the Internet but if you are I would get out more and open yourself up to more people and make some friend's and get together and do stuff with them .You will be a lot more happier..

yes,I'm a net-addict.I know this and it's been so for many years now. But I've always used this addiction to enrich me positively. and since I've USED this habit to enrich me positively,for my own personal growth & benefit and have never allowed this to CONTROL me, my life or use me other wise so I would rather call it a hobby or a love.and I know I can always quit this habit when I want to. I dont know but actually it's always takes a great deal for anything to make me an addict.

I am addicted to the internet, especially Yahoo!Answers, I don't have a problem with that, at least it is legal. Better than drugs, I guess. =)
