My Girlfriend and I made out a month back, No sexual intercource but our genitals brushed past each other.
Now she is 38 days late, and extremely scared, We really can't afford a child at this stage, neither can we go ahead and tell our families.
We did schedule a Visit to a Gynac- Blood test+Urine Test and all..!
Can this be normal for her to be this late, Last year we had similar problem but then she got down the same day we visited the doctor.
Just incase the outcome is not what we intend, what are the legalities involved with an Abortion, Although both of us are Majors still we are apprehensive on using our ID 's so no one can misuse or blackmail us..I think I am talking way off..I'm equally tensed..Please Advice.

We don't have an active sexual relationship, Maybe Once in 3 months or so. Since we never had an intercourse we never used Contraception, Although we both are quite aware.

I don't know how the cycle works but she says from the day she starts, So its been 38 days from her last period.

Her periods probably just late, and her stressing will cause it to be even later, calm down. If it'll make you feel better then have her take a pregnancy test, but I'm sure she's not pregnant. If she is, think about your options. If you can't provide for this baby, and you wouldn't be able to give it up, then abortion is an option, check with your local planned parent hood...depending on your job status determines the amount you pay. But it's a very hard processes...you will need to be there for her after the procedure. She won't be able to drive herself and it is a little painful.

You never had intercourse, then how do you expect to get her pregnant! Well atleast this incident will open your eyes to the fact about using your sexuality so lightly! The beauty of bonding sexually should be done within the limits of marriage! Just imagine how much pressure and tension you are going through? Would this feeling have been the same were you married - NO!
It is not possible to get pregnant without sexual intercourse unless you spill exactly outside her! Even then it would be a tough task for the sperms to wade through dry ground! Periods do get delayed and anxiety sparks of the delay even more. Ask her to relax, and you promise yourself, that never again will you indulge in something that gives anxiety to both of you. Enjoy your relation with each other by getting to know each other first! If you finish everything now, marriage is not going to hold you interested in each other for too long! Even if you two break up later it would be better because of better - instead of bitter memories! Whatever anyone says, a relation which ends makes the other person feel used in some way!

If penetrative sex did not occur, risk of a pregnancy is minimal.Nevertheless do visit a gynac.Did you take a home based urine pregnancy kit?
As far abortion is concerned, The Indian MTP act allows it upto 20 weeks of pregnancy, although you will need consent of two doctors beyond the 12th week.
Think carefully before going in for an abortion, the guilt could weigh heavy for life.
On a personal level, I am not in favour of abortion as I believe we do not have a right to take another life just because of our own mistakes.
Have courage to confront your family.
And even if it turns out that it is not pregnancy, please be more responsible in the future with regards to contraception.

Highly unlikely that she'd be pregnant from just that. Frankly it's nearly impossible. It can be normal to be late, it depends on her. Sometimes stress can affect that too. I don't know if she's abstaining altogether but perhaps she should think about going on the pill? Buy a pregnancy test, if she's that pregnant, it should easily show, mine showed before I was even late.As for the legalities, don't know where you are, in Canada, it's a simple in and out procedure so I hear. You need to find out either way, not until you know for sure can you then move forward and make a desicion about what you want to do, it could be whenyou know for sure you dont wanna lose it dude.

1st do urine pregnancy test by your self.(kit is available in all chemist by name PREG CARD)If Its comes negative,tell her 2 take Tab.Mensoon 3times a day for 2 days then Tab. Primulate 3 tabs. thrice a day for 3 more days then wait for few days she will gets it.

don't abort. It will ruin your girl friend's life as she will live with guilt and pain -- plus there are physical risks like an increase risk of breast cancer.
