that's rather generalising things a little, isn't it? I don't think London is a war zone although there is clearly a drugs territory battle going on,although this won't concern the majority of Londoners and won't affect their safety. If you don't deal drugs, then you are most unlikely to be subjected to this gun crime.
House prices reflect the proximity to central London and work, theatre, clubs, etc. .... so houses go up in value each time there is an extension to an underground line or rail link.
Frankly yes, London is a great place to live if you stay on the right side of the law. If you choose to deal in drugs, however, then I have no sympathy if someone gets shot - just one less drugdealer on the streets. Hurrah!

The last time I went to London I thought it was horrible and said I'd never go again. You'd think that there would have been a slump in house prices and I can only assume that many people need to live there for their work. It still doesn't explain the ridiculous house prices there though.

that's a place the place there is often some thing to do and the place there are endless techniques of enjoying existence devoid of being wealthy. Housing is costly and so is public delivery, yet as quickly as you have appeared after those issues out you will locate each little thing else sensible. you will in all probability could holiday to paintings, that's a dehumanising staying power try to will take some getting used to. in case you come back from the form of place the place you're used to greeting strangers in the line, you will could get used to being much greater constrained (that, or make a super sort of latest pals in unpredicted places!) There are all styles of companies you are able to connect, finding on your guy or woman particular hobbies and you like by no ability be bored. yet you ought to start thinking the place each and all of the Londoners have have been given to! each and all of the appropriate for something of your direction and that i wish issues paintings out for you!

If, after a week spent in London, you went and spent a week in somewhere such as Bideford in north Devon, you would have the answer as to why London is a s h i t place to live.
If all you are used to is London, you just don't realise what other ways there are to live!

Demand for housing is outstipping supply. Londoners do not have the best quality of life: We're taxed to death, shite air quality, expensive public transport, overcrowding. The only reason to live in London is to make money and establish your lifestyle.

A war zone? I think you'll find that more kids die in Los Angeles school grounds than people of any age in London.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and, in my case, absence doesn't make the heart grow fonder and parting isn't such sweet sorrow. Try the rolling Dales of Yorkshire.
