Have a focused presentation listening to what the client needs, then describe what your product or service offers to supply the desired benefit.

Too often sales people are to intent on rattling off features without even considering if the feature has any BENEFIT for the prospect.

After demonstrating how your product supplies the benefit the client wants.....ask for the sale, & shut your mouth!!
