What are the criteria of this disease? How does one know that they have it? What is different about them and why? Should all people be treated exactly the same and why? Do we all need exactly the same things? That would be what I would ask myself about a person before I decided how to deal with them.

If you were suffering with the same disease, how would you like others to treat you? Just behave the same way with the affected person as you would have expected to be treated if you were in his place. Common sense?
