Matsuzaka has usually been going in the middle rounds in my fantasy drafts. I would not use a second round pick unless Santana was still on the board. I would use it to get a power bat or steals. Second base is a very shallow position. Don't get stuck by taking the dregs at second. Soriano does not have 2nd eligibility this year.
