Well, honestly it depends on how old you are. Under 26, it should all go back to normal if you gain the recommended weight. Over 26, you will struggle with your belly, forever. You could be one of those great women who snap right back to their regular trim self. Your body is such a good machine, it can bounce back easily. You will look great regardless if you lose every pound. Being a Mom keeps you so busy, and I think being a Mother looks great on all women. I'd say within 2 years after having a baby, your body is right back to it's prepregnancy way. Your partner won't notice some of the things you do. :) And if you are thinking about if sex will be the same afterward, it will. Things down there are back to normal before you know it! Good luck and I am sure you will look perfect! **Oh and after breastfeeding, my breasts are always a lot smaller than they ever were. Before I ever got pregnant (12 years ago) I had a size D, and after having children and breastfeeding, I am a small C or B. I actually appreciate the way they look afterward. All women are different of course. Breastfeeding will help slim you down too.**

Pregnacy will permanently change you in some way, but everyone is different. I never went back to my pre-pregs weight, but I was WAY underweight to being with, and got pregnant again after 9 months. My breasts sagged a little and my nipples got bigger and darker, I think this happens to everyone. My hips widened, and never went back. I got stretch marks, they fade color, but will never go away. I got a sense of responsibility and a reason to grow up and go to school. I changed my lifestyle and formed habbits like eating healthy and exercising, and lost ones like smokin and drinking, But best of all, I got a beautiful healthy baby girl who will be in my life until the day I die and I hope this never changes!

After your first baby you usually don't have too much permanent damage (unless you put on alot of weight during pregnancy). Thereafter your breasts & stomach are a struggle to keep trim. Oh & your social life changes quite drastically as well as your sleep patterns.
