If you need a short rest after a long journey, you can book a room at the Transit Hotels which are located on Level 3 of both terminals. You do not have to clear Immigration to get to the hotel.

you can check out the changi village
or the downtown east...it's chalet resort...but they have promotion for off peak period you can check it out
