This is impossible to judge. Here are the reasons why:
1) The most intelligent person may not be a male (man). Although tests tend to confirm that the most intelligent and the least intelligent people tend to be males, there are always exceptions.
2) He may not be from India or the USA (for example Steven Hawkins).
3) He may not be born or if currently alive, may be a child and unknown.
4) He may not be tested for Intelligence. Generally speaking, college trained or educated people tend to be tested for Intelligence. Others may not be tested.
5) The person may be an artist or a poet or a farmer or a housewife or a monk and not be known for their intelligence.

That is going to be very difficult to answer, history decides these type of questions and we are only into the 21st century by seven years.

HOW CAN ANYBODY ANSWER CORRECTLY???
as 21st century is still going on and there can be any person in the future........nobody can predict and intelligent person till now........so no survey has been done yet to find the most intelligent person.

you are in chemistry! this type of question is not expected in the chemistry section......yet we are present in 21 st century ......also it is very difficult to give an appropriate answer of the question.........don't give this type of question in the chemistry section bcoz there are many other section..
