If the Republicans are not following the will of the people, then they are showing Iraq that democracy does not work. Therefore, yes, they are embolding the Iraq's to fight to get their old way of life back.

Just because they refused to approve a non binding resolution that was created for political reason only, does not mean it gives the President any good feeling about the war. People like you who have only blind allegiance to the democratic party cannot understand the world wide threat we are under. Iraq is ugly and we need to get our troops home as soon as possible, but, not until the insurgents and the Iraqi Government stop the violence that is killing innocent Iraqi's. I assume you even think Afghanistan is a farce as well ? Even though NATO has several countries participating in that area. You must have come to the conclusion that there are not people that want us dead. I hope for your sake you never experience the loss of a loved one at the hand of a terrorist. As far as your slanderous remarks against our President, again you are a sheep lead by the left wing kooks in the democratic party. It is good to know that most Democrats do not share the fringe belief.

The course has been changed with a new secretary of defense, a new general commanding, and more cooperation with Iraqi government. If the American people do not want to win, they have changed since 1941. The Democrats are showing their true colors giving comfort to the enemy.

It pains me to do this to someone I agree with, but...

I don't think anyone is embolding anyone. Might be emboldening him, though.
