Half of the year its rainy.
Its a nasty, dangerous place. I love it.
When it rains, its even nastier and more dangerous because cars cant move (1 meter or more of water on the street is not so unusual).
If you aren't nasty & tough, you have no business being lost there or they will have you for lunch.
Having said that, I'm dying to hear the song "ogogoro" and I can't find it anywhere. Someone please send me the MP3 file!!!!

It a nasty, dangerous place. That should be of more concern that the rainfall.

it all depends on the time you are there if you go during rainy season then perhaps..
