lmao that's one of the best questions i've seen on this thing. every time im mad..i know this is weird but it works for me, i just put on shoes, and run. I run/jog until it's all out and i come back and im totally calm n ok and even feel good (and healthy). if that doesnt work scream into a pillow (also surprsingly does wonders).
...and of course there's always eating your feelings out (chocolate) which i'd say is better than killing someone, but should be a last resort.

I am a quiet rage-er. I write letters. Sometimes they get to the person they are written to and sometimes not. I also write in my journal. Its a good way to get whatever it is out. Not the most interesting or comical answer but it helps me.

I usually put on some angry music really loud on my mp3 and clean viciously,I have kids so I dont rage infront of them,that is my only outlet
