Did you take him to court to get support? Even if he moves from job to job they will be able to find him and make him pay. If you know where he is then make sure you let the courts know where he is. As for the kids, you don't need to say a thing to them children are smart they will figure it out but DON'T be the one to put him down in front of your children. They don't need to feel guilty to love either of you. Good luck

Where do you live? The laws are different from state to state& country to country. In most US states the court ordered payments are to be paid thru a particular government office. If the payments aren't received, most people start there. I don't have any good suggestions about what to tell the children. Good luck.

no need to explain to the children that their dad has no interest, they already know it; for money issues, get a lawyer and by no means discuss it around or with your children.

Even though he is a "scoundrel", don't run him down to the kids. You don't have to lie, just don't belittle him in front of them. Do what is necessary to make him pay, but those are "adult" things that should be handled in a court of law....not in front of the children.
