I have this friend that wants to take whitening pills to have a lighter skin color.And i told her not to take the pills because,when she starts to have a lighter skin people who know her will laugh and make fun of her.She got mad at me and said that she will take the pills anyway.I´m afraid people will laugh at her and hurt her feelings.

Your friend is not only shallow, but also not very good at taking constructive criticism. Maybe you should reevaluate your relationship with this person.

Your trying to be a good friend, however to want to lighten her skin sounds like she may have low esteem. Try talking to her again, all you can do is be there for her. I have heard of tanning pills but not to lighten the skin. Hopefully they won't work.

try to please her n on top of all be patient.
try to make her understand that ur concerns r for her n say her having a bit tan complexion dosent matter much.
