I think you would have to look into her upbringing, education, family influence, religeous teaching, etc. There is no one simple answer. In some societies, it is not acceptable for a woman to enjoy sex or have an orgasm. You'll have to open up the lines of communication with your wife, perhaps with the help of a counsellor. Good luck!

if i am not wrong,she thinks that its wrong to experience sex before marriage or beyond husband and wife-then she is right according to her religious belief.but if she thinks that its wrong to experience pleasure outta sex between husband and wife,she is wrong and may need counselling
