Hot Fuzz is set in the fictional village of Sandford.
The movie however was filmed in the town of Wells in Somerset, UK. It's where the director Edgar Wright grew up.
As a complete piece of trivia, the name Sandford comes from the name of the town used as the setting for all Police training role plays.

I don't know but I am anxiously waiting for it to open in the US (at least in my area) from the trailer I saw it looks great, and the reunion of a lot of cast members from Shaun of the Dead, which was a hilarious movie.

i admire Shawn of the lifeless! i think of its the funniest! i've got no longer seen warm Fuzz yet yet i'm looking forward to it.... some human beings basically have a diverse humorousness and this is not alluring to them.... this is purely their opinion so howdy, in case you like it then watch it, don't be concerned approximately what they think of.
