Buy a can of compressed air at any computer shop. Then, take the laptop, turn it upside down and shake, being careful not to drop it. Next, blow the compressed air into the keyboard, making sure you do a thorough job of it. Finally, with the computer turned off, take a damp (not soggy) cloth and gently and carefully clean the keys and the keyboard frame. For this, you can even use window cleaner.

you can buy at walmart air in a can, I don't remember the name, but is a yellow with wihite bottle and is next to the computer accesories, good luck! and also, to prevent, buy a transparent plastic keyboard protector, this will prevent not just from dust, even for liquids or some other things, if you dont want to buy this last item, whenever you're not using the computer just put a cloth over it, it will help for sure, good luck!

an elementary and easy thanks to stay away from airborne dirt and mud buildup is to exhibit your keyboard over and gently tap on the again of the keyboard. you'd be shocked what number airborne dirt and mud is stuck between keys which may be bumped off this kind. I do it to my keyboard each and every once later on.

Chemtronics puts out what is called an'' Ultra Jet'' duster.
It comes in a can with an extension tube. It's the biggest ''Blast ''
of any duster. I think you will be very happy with this product.

Go to Staples or somewhere like that, they have this can of "air" that you spray onto your keyboard - (turn the keyboard sideways & upside down when you spray it to help get it cleaner), it works good & doesn't harm it at all.

A friend said she does this every two months.
