You have no manners. Unaware of how to handle yourself around other people.
Example: chewing with your mouth open while eating at a dinner table full of people. If you had class/manners, you would chew with your mouth closed, because you would know it offends some people, but you are blissfully unaware and chew with your mouth open as you would if you were alone. So you have no class.
Or you are in a disagreement with someone in a public place. You should keep your voice down and try not to create a scene for all to watch. If you have no class you will just yell and carry on like you are the only one in the place and won't care who's looking at you shaking their heads.
