Help me! Hitman-4(Blood Money), startup error?

i have reinstalled the game but still facing the problem

Go to this website, download, unzip it, then copy and paste into C:\Windows\system folder. It's that simple.

If that doesn't work, put a copy in C:\Windows\system32 as well.

INSTALL D3DXP_27 FROM THE CD . AND THEN START THE GAME DO NOT REINSTALL THE GAME JUST INSTALL "d3dx9_27"
