Social Security benefits are not property (Nestor v. Fleming, 1960) so they cannot be willed.
Another reason to privatize the system, for then your Social Security money, like your IRA or your 401k, would be your property.

Once you die, your social security benefits stop...so it doesn't matter who you want it to go to, no one gets it...except Uncle Sam.
