My wife and I have been apart for a while because she found some internet porn on my computer and was shocked as she thought that she was the only one that I needed. Yes, it was a mistake on my part but trust me she did not expect it from me because she respects me a lot.

When we have sex she says she feels dirty and always take a shower afterwards. I feel real bad about it and I do not know how to reclaim her trust.

I love her very much and I understand that she never seen me in all of our 8 years together see or talked about porn.

Now she thinks what else am I hiding from her. What can I do to rebuild trust in our marriage?

The first thing you need to do, is to get rid of the internet, computer, and anything else that gives you access to porn. As long as you have it, she is not going to trust you with using it, responsibly. Second, assure her that you will never look at porn again....that SHE is all you need. It will take a long time, if ever, for her to trust you again Good Luck!!

If you have explained to her that what you done was dumb, and you wouldn't do it anymore. Don't give her anymore reasons to think you're hiding things from her. Answer all of her questions honestly. But do not relive it everyday with her. let some time pass, that is the only thing that will make this better. Trust has to be earned. and by letting some time go by will make this happen naturally. but don't do it again, or the outcome may be worse.

It will take real changes on your part and a lot of patience on her part, but it can be done! See the source article...

You can't, you'll see. If you make an effort to get her trust back and it doesn't come, then she was wanting out to begin with and this is her way of doing it.
